When your order will arrive will depend on the delivery window that you select at checkout!

Delivery windows are one-hour time slots between the minutes of 30 mins – 1hr. You can choose which delivery window works best for you!

You will receive an email on the morning of your delivery day explaining the details of your delivery and who you can contact in case you have any additional questions.

Delivery options may vary based on the regulations in your area.  If your order is being delivered by one of our Agiza24 partners, you will receive a text (to the number you provided at checkout) when your order has been picked up by a driver with ETA and tracking information!

If your order is being delivered by another method, you will receive a text when your driver is one stop away from your home, or generally around 15 minutes out.

The individual delivering your food will call or text you in case you’re not at home when they arrive.

If they can’t reach you, and they determine that the address is in a safe location, they will leave it outside your door so you can pick it up when you come home. If you have any special delivery instructions, be sure to include those in the “Delivery Instructions” box at checkout.

Meals typically stay cold in insulated bags for up to a couple hours, but that is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly!

If the ice packs or water bottles in your delivery bag have thawed and the food is no longer cold, you should not eat it.

If you would like to request a no contact order delivery, you can do so by simply updating the “Delivery Instructions” section at checkout.

Please be sure to state “No-contact delivery requested” and provide the necessary instructions for your driver, including exact drop-off location.

When the driver contacts you during your delivery, please remind them of your request.

Since launching, Agiza24 has always put food safety first. In addition to the safety protocols performed by other delivery platforms, we have always done the following:

• Every shef on our platform is extensively vetted through a strict, multivariate food safety process, which requires approval from over 10 people, including food safety experts.
• Every chef on our platform is food safety certified and receives additional training before joining Agiza24.
• Every chef is subject to anonymous audits of their food preparation and packaging by food safety professionals on a weekly basis.
• Every chef is provided ongoing food safety training to uphold the highest food safety standards in the industry.
• Every order on our platform is inspected by our trained food safety team, before it is safely delivered to you.

Our team is in daily contact with our chefs, and, although this is always our protocol, we have prohibited chefs from being active if they have shown any signs of illness. Additionally, chefs who have traveled within the past month are prohibited from cooking on our platform at this time.
